Bottlenose dolphin sighting

Another dolphin sighting, Friday 29th April. This sighting occurred close to the Mixon Hole, Selsey, West Sussex. This was a school of bottlenose dolphins, 6 to 8 adult and one smaller bottlenose dolphin, which may be the same group observed off Brighton. The dolphins were observed by the Mulberry Divers. The dolphins were reported to be swimming around, jumping and playing until the divers started to get into the water.

They may be the same group of dolphins seen on 27th April

On 22 April a pod of 5-6 white-beaked dolphins was seen in the middle of the English Channel (half way between Eastbourne and Dieppe).

Here's video clip of them riding in the bow wave of the boat....

On 27 April a school of around 10-15 bottlenose dolphins were seen feeding less than a mile from Brighton seafront.
